Steven Nadel, Managing Partner

Steven is a financial executive with an operations background. He has over 30 years (the first 25 in corporate environments) working for both private and public companies from small to mid-size as well as a fortune 140 company in various industries from manufacturing, distribution, marketing, and service.  Working in the medical, bio-technology, technology, and service industries Steven has completed revenue recognition, working capital true-ups, financial carve-outs, IPO’s, financial reporting and due diligence projects,  During his career he has been responsible for turning around underperforming companies, revitalizing accounting and finance departments, and developing a company’s long-term strategy.

Steven earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Economics from Rider University.
